Mirror It transition to ElephantDrive for My Cloud Home

The backup service Mirror It, powered by ElephantDrive, has moved to the fully branded ElephantDrive experience.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly backups are supported.
• Continuous backup is NOT supported.

The user will be migrated and a new password asked for if the account is a subscriber.

1. Go to ElephantDrive - Update your password to get a new password if the service was used to create a backup.


2. Enter the email address.
   Click Submit.
   
   
   

   View the reset password email notice.

   
   
   


3. Open the sent email.
   Click the link to reset the password.
   
   


4. Enter a new password.
   Click Change Password.
   
   


5. Go to My Cloud Home Do More.
   Click ElephantDrive.
   
   


6. Click Enable.
   
   


7. Click Configure.
   
   


8. Enter Email and Password.
   Click Login.
   
   


9. Go to My Computers.
   
   


10. Go to My Cloud Home --> wd --> --> data --> to view view backups.
